SERVICE AREA

A deliberately small map

We serve the Silverdale–Poulsbo–Bremerton triangle and three of its quieter edges — and we'd rather run that map superbly than a county-wide one thinly. Every address gets the same published from-prices.

The map

Six places, one pricing sheet

ZIP 98383Silverdale

Silverdale is the center of gravity of our service map — the shortest average drive from our Poulsbo base, and the town where most of our repair hours are actually spent.

ZIP 98370Poulsbo

Our shop sits on NE Hostmark St, which makes Poulsbo calls the closest thing this trade offers to a house call from a neighbor.

ZIP 98310 · 98311 · 98312Bremerton

Bremerton runs on shift schedules, older houses and appliances that have seen things. We fit all three better than a dispatch center two ferries away ever will.

ZIP 98345Keyport

Torpedo Town is a ten-minute drive from our shop — small enough that big companies forget it exists, close enough that we never could.

ZIP 98380Seabeck

The Hood Canal side is the quiet edge of our map — long lanes, big trees, wells, and appliances that work harder than their city cousins.

ZIP 98392Suquamish

Fifteen minutes from our shop, on the shore where the Sound meets Agate Pass — Suquamish books like the neighbor it is.

Between and around these six: Brownsville, Tracyton, Chico, Scandia, Lofall, Vinland and the boundary lanes all ride the same routes. Unsure? The phone call settles it in seconds — we answer yes or no, never 'depends on the fee.'
The logic

Why a small map is a feature

Wide service maps look impressive and work badly. A crew stretched from Gig Harbor to Hansville spends its day driving instead of diagnosing, cancels windows when routes collapse, and quietly bills the windshield time back through the repairs. We drew our boundary around what one shop on Hostmark can serve properly in a working day — the triangle plus its near edges — and we decline the rest without apology.

What the tight map buys you: earliest windows in Silverdale and Poulsbo measured in minutes-of-drive, Bremerton coverage several days a week on route rather than by exception, and the ability to make a second parts-trip to any address on the map without wrecking the schedule. Since roughly a third of repairs need that second trip, the geometry is not a small thing — it's the reason our quotes hold.

Field notes

What the visits look like

Three frames from the route — the machines opened, the meters out, the findings headed for paper.

Glacier Ridge technician diagnosing a stainless French-door refrigerator dispenser in a Silverdale kitchen
French-door refrigerator on the bench call — dispenser and control diagnostics before any part gets named.
Technician in safety glasses repairing an open top-load washer in a Poulsbo laundry room
Top-load washer, lid up, drive components out — the parts line gets written only after this look inside.
Glacier Ridge technician with toolbox and multimeter servicing a built-in kitchen appliance in Bremerton
Built-in kitchen work in an older Bremerton house — tight quarters, patient hands, meter within reach.
