BRAND COVERAGE

The brands on our vans

Coverage follows what central Kitsap actually owns. The mainstream field below is daily work; the exceptions are named honestly, on the phone, before any fee exists.

The list

Serviced daily

Sub-brands and store labels fold into their parents — Kenmore machines are mostly Whirlpool, LG or Frigidaire underneath, and we identify the real platform from the model tag before quoting parts. Bring the model number to the call and the parts guess sharpens instantly.
What we don't pretend

Honest exceptions

A few luxury built-in marques — the panel-ready refrigeration and pro-range names you'd recognize from Bainbridge kitchen remodels — restrict parts and service documentation to factory networks. We could take your $93 and confirm what a phone call would have told you free; we'd rather just tell you on the phone. Name the brand when you book and you'll know immediately which lane you're in.

Commercial equipment follows the same rule: restaurant refrigeration, laundromat machines and café ice makers live in a service ecosystem with different parts channels and different response economics. Our practice is household appliances, done thoroughly, for the six towns on our map.

Pricing note

Same structure, any badge

Brand changes the parts line, never the structure. A Samsung ice maker and a Whirlpool ice maker both book at the same from-price with diagnosis and labor inside; the difference shows up only in the named, written parts line you approve — or don't. That's the entire point of keeping parts separate: the badge on the door stops being a pricing mystery.

Field notes

What the visits look like

Three frames from the route — the machines opened, the meters out, the findings headed for paper.

Glacier Ridge technician diagnosing a stainless French-door refrigerator dispenser in a Silverdale kitchen
French-door refrigerator on the bench call — dispenser and control diagnostics before any part gets named.
Technician in safety glasses repairing an open top-load washer in a Poulsbo laundry room
Top-load washer, lid up, drive components out — the parts line gets written only after this look inside.
Glacier Ridge technician with toolbox and multimeter servicing a built-in kitchen appliance in Bremerton
Built-in kitchen work in an older Bremerton house — tight quarters, patient hands, meter within reach.
